Sitting for the CIDESCO Exam, it is required that a candidate completes case histories by giving 4 treatments each for beauty therapy and 3 treatments each for certificates on three different clients prior to the practical exam. In addition, she/he must write a report on the subject chosen that includes the results and consideration to be submitted together with case histories by binding both together, which must be marked by school before CIDESCO Exam starts. If the report is written in a local language (not English), a one-page summary (A4) in English is to be attached. Translation of the summary will be handled by Section/School. Passing the Project with case histories by 70% is a pre-requisite to sit the CIDESCO Examination.
Case Histories: Choose a theme from subjects students have studied in their beauty therapy/certificate training, and carry out treatments on three clients 4 times for beauty therapy / 3 times for certificates in accordance with the theme chosen.
Report: Write a report by putting together a theoretical consideration of case histories (based on 12 / 9 treatments that have been given).
